Apple & Cinnamon Gimlet

1.5 oz Aczu Gin
20ml apple & cinnamon syrup
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

For the apple & cinnamon syrup:
250ml apple juice
250g ultrafine sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon

Cinnamon stick and apple slices, to garnish

Add the gin and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker (or large, sturdy mixing glass) along with 20ml of the apple and cinnamon syrup, then fill your shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled Martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a slice of apple and a cinnamon stick, and serve.

50ml Aczu Gin
25ml Cointreau
30ml lime juice
30ml apple cider or cloudy apple juice

Cinnamon sugar, to rim the glass
Ice
Cinnamon sticks to garnish, optional

 

To rim your glass, first scatter cinnamon sugar onto a shallow dish, then wet the rim of your glass with the fresh lime juice and dip it in the sugar.

Add the gin, Cointreau, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into your glass and top with cider or cloudy apple juice to taste. Cheers!

.25 ounces of fresh squeezed lemon juice

Splash of Agave

Sparkling Cider

Old Salt Merchants Lavender Sugar

Garnish: Fresh lavender and sliced apple

 

Use agave or honey to lightly rim your glass. We do this so that when we rim the glass with sugar (or salt) it easily bonds to the rim

Pour the gin in a shaker with ice and add the fresh squeezed lemon juice and agave

Shake well then pour into a highball glass (with ice)

Top it with sparkling cider and garnish with lavender and a slice of apple
